Star Bereavement Peer Support Group

Frodsham, Helsby and Elton Bereavement Peer Support Group
This is a  Bereavement Peer Support Group providing a space for people grieving from a bereavement, loss or difficult transition in their lives. 
They create a safe space for you where they listen and share stories and experiences with others who have also experienced loss in their life.
The group does not offer formal therapy or counselling because they know that for a lot of people, their biggest need is to just speak to others who have gone through something similar.
STAR meet on the first Monday of the month from 1-3pm and the third Tuesday of the month, 7-9pm in the Parish Hall, Church Street, Frodsham WA6 6PN.

They are not a drop-in session and will need to know it you plan to attend. So please phone them first on 07498 545450. You can also ring that number if you would like more information about them.
