Belly Dance (also known as arabic dance, eastern dance or raqs sharqi) originated in the Middle East and emphasises isolations, undulations and movement of the torso and hips. It is a low impact form of exercise that can help develop muscle tone, improve posture, relieve stress and boost self esteem.
