Meeting Schedule:
1st Thursday in the month 7.00 for 7.30 pm: Dinner and friendship meeting for members, visiting Rotarians, and prospective members and can include a speaker when arranged.
3rd Thursday in the month 7.00 for 7.30 pm: This is the main business meeting and its purpose is for the arrangement of all social and service activities. It is for members, visiting Rotarians, and prospective members with the agreement of the President. Each meeting is split into two sessions where, after the buffet, the four committees meet independently to conduct their business. The meeting then re-convenes for each committee chairman to report back to the whole club, and for the conduct of other club business.
2nd and 4th Thursdays in the month: These are reserved for purely Social Meetings some at Forest Hills and some in pubs and other entertainment venues.
