A 30 minute walk in Frodsham's Castle Park, with tea and chat in the cafe afterwards. There is also a 60 minute walk in Frodsham's Castle Park and on paths by the park, with tea and chat in the cafe afterwards.
A new weekly group starting at 10.30am. Meet at Frodsham Library and knit or crochet squares for blankets, as part of the Warm Hubs initiative.

The Walking for Health scheme walks are short and over easy terrain. They are open to everyone, but are especially aimed at those who are least active.
A high energy dance class that will sculpt your body to the latest music with different genres of dance.
A gentle workout that can be done seated or standing, and lets you work at your own pace.
Join the singing group where you can meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. Singing can improve your brain activity, wellbeing and mood. You don’t need to be a good singer to benefit. Join them for fun vocal warm-ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs in a supported environment.
