Mid Cheshire MIND are running free one to one wellbeing sessions aimed at those who need low level mental health support to help them gain tools to support themselves and grow resilience. Starting on 5th June
People can self-refer by contacting Mid Cheshire MIND directly.
There are limited spaces but please contact them as there's potential to run more sessions if the demand is there.
