Crowthers Cake Studio opened in 1987 next to the Devonshire Bakery Frodsham Shop. Eventually,  Robert Crowther took over the reins fully and his father, Reg Jnr, eased into semi retirement so that he was able to concentrate on his first love, cake decorating.

Since then Crowthers Cake Studio has gone from strength to strength even boasting some celebrities amongst its customers.
