31 January 2026: After careers in hospitality, business partners and friends of 25 years Mark Gaskell and Jeremy Peel wanted to go independent. When a former Indian restaurant became available on Frodsham High Street, they could see possibilities and rolled their sleeves up to renovate the space into a unique, shabby-chic bar.
