Total Case Management

Total Case Management is a small company which has the knowledge and skills to help provide highly specialised support and advice to children, young people and adults who have complex needs and / or brain injury.

Total Case Management was established in 2008 by Heather Lodge and is based in Frodsham a small historic market town in mid Cheshire. From this base we are able to easily access Cheshire, Lancashire, North Wales, Wirral, Liverpool and Manchester areas.

All Clinical Case Managers are registered health professionals and adhere to their individual professional codes of ethics. They are also registered with BABICM (British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers).
